A workbook + a live gathering
For the woman who's been carrying everything for so long, she's lost herself inside her own life. The questions I had to sit with when I finally stopped avoiding myself — and one evening where we sit with them together.
$55 — yes, really. that's it.
We gather live on Zoom · Sunday, July 12th · 8:00pm ET
You're up first. You carry the mental load. You remember the appointments, the permission slips, which kid is refusing which food this week. And at the end of the day, when everyone is finally fed and bathed and asleep — you're so depleted you can't even figure out what you want. You just sit there. Scrolling. Too tired to want.
That was me. With four kids, that is still me on plenty of days. And somewhere in those years I realized the question nobody had asked me — that I had stopped asking myself — was the only one that mattered:
What do you want? Not for your kids. Not to be more productive. You.
If your brain just buffered at that question... this was made for you.

A printable PDF of deep, honest, get-underneath-it prompts. Not "list three things you're grateful for" journaling — real excavation. Built for the twenty-minute pockets of your actual life: the bath, the car line, after bedtime.
Live on Zoom · Sunday, July 12th
One evening, together. I walk us through the heart of the work — the patterns, the lineage stuff, how to answer these questions honestly (the true version, not the polished one). All the deep sharing happens in the chat, so come exactly as you are. Messy bun expected.
There's also a practice in the middle of the night that I won't spoil. You'll be telling your friends about it.
Inside the workbook
We name the load first — all of it, the visible and the invisible. You can't put down what you've never let yourself see.
The guilt about wanting more didn't start with you. We trace it — including a section on the women before you that might wreck you a little, in the good way.
The judgment-banned zone. Every desire you've never said out loud, written down — and what each one is actually trying to tell you.
The roles, the shrinking, and the patterns that keep you stuck — plus the one question that changed everything for me.
You write yourself the permission letter nobody ever wrote you. This is the page women cry on. That's the point.
Not a five-year plan. One small, true step — and exactly what to bring with you to the gathering.
Let's be clear
You're not lazy. You're exhausted. I will die on that hill.
You have four kids' worth of laundry. Vibes alone aren't doing it.
I priced this at $55 on purpose — because the women who need it most are the ones who feel guilty spending anything on themselves. I wanted the price to be a non-issue, so the only question left is the real one: are you ready to look?
What it is: the real questions, a room of women answering them honestly, and full permission to want things again.
Why I made this
There was a season I yelled every day. Four kids, no village, deeply unhappy and hiding it well. I kept waiting for someone to notice how much I was carrying — and nobody was coming. So I made the hard choices, named the patterns I'd been handed, and found my way back to myself one honest question at a time.
These are those questions. I'm not on the other side as some finished, fixed person. I'm just not drowning anymore — and I know exactly what got me out.

Real questions, real answers
I hear you — four kids over here. This isn't one more thing; it's the thing underneath all the things. The workbook is built for stolen pockets of time, twenty minutes at a stretch. The gathering is one evening. That's the entire time commitment.
It's recorded, and every woman who joins gets the replay. The deep sharing happens in the chat, so the recording stays warm without putting anyone on camera. (Live is better, though. Come if you can.)
Nope. Print it if you love paper (I do), or keep it on your phone and answer in any notebook. The questions are the product — the format is yours.
No — and I think it matters to say that plainly. I'm a guide who's lived this, not a therapist. This work can stir real things up, and if it touches something that needs more support, taking it to a professional isn't a detour from the work. It is the work.
After you join, I'll send the workbook straight to your inbox, along with the Zoom link and a little prep note. (It comes from me personally, so give it a short window to land.) We gather on Sunday, July 12th — and yes, joining the day of still counts.
